Queen’s College, London is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to work closely with the Bursar and lead on all operational HR matters such as employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, CPD, people metrics and embedding a proactive HR culture at Queen’s. We are a 4-18 school with 650 pupils and over 150 staff. Based in central London, near Oxford Circus, we have an excellent support team who work closely with teaching colleagues to provide an inspiring learning environment for our pupils. A school with a long and rich history in empowering girls and young women, our HR function plays a critical role in empowering our staff to be the best they can be. We have recently implemented a new HR system, outsourced payroll and are now looking to embed further HR procedures whilst also looking at how to make Queen’s an even better place to work. This will be a combination of operational, project and development work to build a collaborative and impactful HR culture.
