Job overview
Working as part of a dedicated support team at North Cambridge Academy you will learn from your HR colleagues to develop your HR skills in an accredited apprenticeship program. You will be primarily working with the PA to the Principal to support with all recruitment needs but will also have the opportunity to work with the Trust Core HR team on specific HR projects.
As the first point of contact for potential new staff, you will need to have a calm and professional attitude. You will deal with our candidates in person as well as over the phone or by e-mail. You will provide a professional customer focused service within a busy recruitment team.

This role is for 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday ( Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm). With day release to complete online apprenticeship training.
