Outwood Academy Carlton is an 11-16 School with approximately 770 students on roll. The school is set in a semi-rural location offering an excellent environment in which to work.
We invite applications from reliable, conscientious individuals who have the necessary experience and knowledge to support the Business Manager with Human Resource services across the school including payroll and dealing with payroll issues, recruitment and selection, managing staff absence, maintaining employee information and dealing with HR issues.
To be successful, you will have:
- 5 Level 2 or equivalent (A*-C GCSE) qualifications, including English and Maths.
- The ability to work under extreme pressure.
- Highly developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
