We are now looking to recruit a professional HR Assistant to provide a proactive HR service across the Trust, and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.
You will be joining at an exciting time when we are moving the function to be a proactive partner within the Trust including working on systems projects and the roll out of new processes and practices.
The role will work within our central HR function which administers the whole employee lifecycle process covering; resourcing, learning & development, pay & reward, employee relations and employee operations.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
· English and Maths at GCSE level at grade C(4) or above
· Experience of working within an administrative function, ideally HR or other business area
· An understanding processes and procedures in a professional environment
· Experience of working within a busy department with good time management skills and the ability to multi task
· Good ICT skills
· A keen interest in HR and a willingness to learn.
