Join our vibrant and successful secondary school as an HR Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, high‑quality HR support across a busy and friendly team. Working 25 hours per week, ideally across five days (though this is negotiable) during term time only, you’ll help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, ensure compliance with employment legislation, and provide proactive administrative support to the Director of HR. No two days look the same, and your work will directly contribute to a positive staff experience across the school.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a dynamic educational setting. You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities—from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining accurate records and supporting policy implementation—while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment. If you’re organised, people‑focused, and ready to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
