Job title:               HR Assistant 

Salary:                   Grade 4 - actual salary £20,850 - £22,570 per annum 

Contract:              Fixed term - 1 year 

Hours of work:    37 hours per week, all year round 

Place of work:      Diverse Education Centre, Retford

The successful candidate will provide a professional, high quality, customer focused HR service to key stakeholders, job applicants and colleagues across the Trust.  You will:  


 

  • Support HR administration for the employee life cycle in line with statutory processes 
  • Ensure that agreed policies and procedures are implemented consistently  
  • Maintain accurate and up to date Single Central Registers reflecting the stringent safer recruitment checks undertaken 
  • Take ownership of queries and issues raised through to the point of resolution  
  • Work as part of the wider HR Team to drive ongoing improvement and support.
