This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring HR Assistant to join an outstanding team and be at the forefront of our organisational development.

You will work as part of the Human Resources Team in order to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service for all academies within the New Collaborative Learning Trust.  The Trust currently comprises of New College Pontefract, New College Doncaster and New College Bradford (due to open in September 2019). 

Based at both our Trust Headquarters at New College Pontefract and our New College Bradford site (part week at each), you will provide a range of HR support to staff on a wide variety of topics, acting as the first point of contact for New College Bradford staff.  Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills are essential for this role.

With previous experience of working in an administrative role, you will have good IT skills, attention to detail, the ability to cope with unexpected situations, a flexible approach to your work and an understanding of how to handle sensitive information of a confidential nature.
