HR Business Partner
(37 hours per week/52 weeks per year)
Salary: £20,247 - £27,880 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to provide a comprehensive Human Resources service. This is a HR generalist role and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, objective and robust business partnering.
You will need to be an effective communicator who will work closely with managers to provide support, advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, taking into consideration current employment legislation and best practice. You will have a sound knowledge of recruitment processes and associated statutory pre-employment checks.
It is essential that you have the ability to produce, analyse and interpret management information for reporting purposes and you will lead on and assist in HR Projects, including assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the HR/Payroll System and future developments.

You should have a minimum of a level 5 CIPD qualification or have extensive, relevant work experience.
