Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Home based (Role will be hybrid with essential regular travel to school sites. All sites currently within 70 minutes travel time of J27 M1) 

Grade/Scale: £41,765 - £45,149 p/a

Start date: ASAP

Contract: 37 hours per week, All year round (Part time and/or term time only could be considered for the right candidate)

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR strategy within Esteem and be part of a dedicated team passionate about delivering excellence in education. Working closely with our schools, you will provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and promoting a positive working culture.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a generalist HR role in an education environment. Experience of managing complex casework through to dismissal is essential.

I’m delighted that you want to find out more about us. Esteem MAT was formed in 2018 and now consists of twelve academies from the East and West Midlands. Many of our pupils have special educational needs and/or disabilities or are disadvantaged. Therefore, inclusion is our watchword, and our vision is for Esteem to be a learning community of excellence for SEND and alternative provision in the Midlands. However, we want mainstream schools to join us too as they have many pupils with SEND or who are disadvantaged. We want all our pupils to achieve their full potential whatever type of school they attend.
