HR Coordinator

Are you already working within HR or would you like to start your career in HR? If the answer is yes, we are looking for you.

You will join our Organisational Design & Development Team. This is a very exciting role where you will be developed to undertake a variety of duties including being responsible for our recruitment and onboarding procedure, including payroll, whilst supporting the wider Trust with general HR enquiries. You will have the opportunity to contribute and support the wider HR Department with various projects.

You must have a passion for HR, strong demonstrable skills in manipulating and interpreting data and an attention to detail. Be self motivated and comfortable in managing conflicting priorities with a professional approach in working with all stakeholders. You will lead on key pieces of work but also enjoy contributing to and working as part of a bigger Team. We will develop your HR professionalism and would support you undertaking appropriate CIPD training.
