Job overview

Location: Based at the South Essex Hub Greensward / Westerings Academy, Hockley. With the option of home working for some hours.

Salary: £22,000 - £29,000 FTE Actual Salary £10,500

Part Time (job-share) - 15 hours, 52.14 weeks (Monday & Wednesday with the option of some hours on Tuesday or Friday)

We are seeking a self-motivated and organised HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive high-level HR administration support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle for the central team and our academies. The work is fast-paced and varied, meaning no two days are the same. We are looking for a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a brilliant team.

In this role, you will be required to provide confidential administrative support to the Schools in the South Essex Cluster to ensure the smooth running of the HR function. This includes comprehensive HR support to the schools including employee life cycle, onboarding/offboarding, administration of AET benefits and payroll.  If you’re a highly-skilled, forward-thinking team player with a passion for HR, then we’re keen to hear from you!
