About Sir George Monoux College:
Monoux is a Sixth Form College for over 1700 students aged 16-19. We offer A Levels, vocational courses at levels 2 and 3, and GCSE resits. We are now in the top 10% of the country for the progress our students make from GCSE (this includes top 10% for disadvantaged students). 95% of our students advance to University or Apprenticeships, and 17% progress to Russell Group Universities. We are also growing, with a 10% increase in our student intake compared to last year.
About the role:
As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective functioning of a number of HR administrative processes, including recruitment and selection, and for providing support for a broad range of HR functions and services. You will act as a first point of contact for staff, providing advice on routine HR issues, and work closely with line managers to provide advice and support on HR processes and procedures.
You should have experience of managing a busy administrative workload while working to strict deadlines and be able to build effective working relationships with staff at all levels. With experience of supporting or managing effective recruitment processes, you should have excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to use your own initiative and judgement.
