The Role
Our HR Systems and Information Officer will oversee the successful delivery, development and continuous improvement of our management information and systems, ensuring our HR information is current and accurate and enabling us to deliver a service of the highest quality.
Acting as the systems administrator for our integrated HR & Payroll system, Midland HR’s iTrent, you will amend and improve our reporting tools and continuously improve system and business processes. In addition you will be responsible for the collection, collation, interrogation and reporting on all HR data, presenting accurate information that is user friendly and suitable for analysis.
The Person
With a track record of demonstrable success in the development, implementation and monitoring of HR systems and processes and significant experience of working with Information Systems in an HR environment, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach to service delivery, tailoring your outputs to the needs of your customers. As well as expert knowledge and experience of iTrent HRIS administration and development, you will have the skills required to prepare and present reports and management information to inform decision making. In addition you will have:
- Advanced Excel skills including use of pivot tables, formulas and V/H look-ups
- Experience of data interrogation and manipulation
- The ability to present data in a format suitable for end-users
- Experience of using and running reports from Business Objects or equivalent.
