We are seeking to appoint an innovative, highly skilled, motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager. The successful applicant must be a confident Human Resources Manager with the ability to manage Human Resources processes and procedures for our Secondary and Primary Academies including payroll, disciplinary, capability and sickness absence, as well as managing change within the Academies and having direct line management of the Trust HR Administrators.

 

The post holder will need to work on their own initiative within a busy environment, have excellent organisational and ICT skills, and be able to advise the Senior Leadership Team and the Trust Board on Human Resource matters. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a background in school/educational Human Resources with demonstrable experience of managing HR in an Academy/Trust environment. Experience of working with Progresso or a similar MIS package would be advantageous.

 

Equitas Academies Trust was formed in September 2012 and incorporates Aston Manor Academy (Secondary) and Chilwell Croft Academy (Primary).
