Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks during term breaks
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a high level of professionalism to provide advice and guidance to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, Staff and Governors.
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience in HR Management, structural review and implementation.
- Experience of the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Detailed knowledge of Employment law and HR Management practice.
- Awareness of the importance of safeguarding and safer recruitment.
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent
- Recognised qualification in an HR related field
- Experience of managing, supervising and developing staff
- Experience of providing HR advice and support to Senior Managers on a range of employee relations issues.
Knowledge and working experience as an HR Professional in an Educational setting is desirable but not essential.
