Band 5 – Salary £30,785 - £38,237 + London Fringe £840.00 (pro rata)
We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and motivated HR Manager who can deliver a comprehensive HR function across the school. The successful candidate will have significant previous experience of school HR and be qualified to CIPD level.
The post holder will work closely with the School Business Manager, contributing to the continued development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and practice as well as ensuring maintenance of the Single Central Record. SIMS data input, reporting, production and analysis of HR data is a key responsibility and experience in this area would be an advantage.
To succeed in this role you must have a high level of personal effectiveness, including excellent communication interpersonal skills to deal with potentially sensitive issues.
