Job Responsibilities:

  1. According to the requirements of the company, improve the organizational framework of the international school, assist in establishing the school's internal processes and systems, and implement them effectively.
  2. Responsible for the budget of the human resources department.
  3.  According to the school's annual recruitment needs, compile and modify job descriptions; establish and optimize the recruitment system, choose recruitment channels reasonably and maintain good cooperative relations with them; improve the recruitment process; be responsible for the organization and implementation of human resources recruitment (including Chinese and foreign staff).
  4. According to actual development needs, investigate employees’ training needs, establish a training system, track training results, and improve employees' performance at work.
  5. Formulate performance appraisal systems and programs, organize and implement performance management, supervise and control the performance evaluation process, solve the problems that occur, enable the performance evaluation system, and continuously improve the performance management system.
  6. Establish the school salary management system, compile salary and benefit plans, and check employee’ salary data.
  7. Responsible for establishing and improving the employee relationship management system and process, reviewing and approving the employee's procedures for grading, promotion, reward and punishment, deployment, resignation and dismissal
  8. Responsible for applying for and managing the visa for foreign staff, dealing with other foreign affairs and providing services.

Qualifications needed:

  1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas experience of studying or working is preferred
  2.  More than 5 years of human resource management experience
  3. Experience in human resources management and operation in international schools is preferred
  4. Good reading and communication skills in English, able to communicate with foreign teachers in fluent English.
