A Dorset Centre of Excellence we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is a permanent full-time position, based at our office in Shaftsbury with some flexibility for home working. A fixed term contract can be considered if preferable.
We are looking for a professional individual with the drive and ambition to establish themselves within the business. This is a unique role for a new company and school with an ambitious growth plan. This role will suit someone who is outgoing and able to manage a very busy workload, multi-task and work flawlessly under pressure.

Who we are looking for:
- Are you an experienced HR Generalist who can work independently and likes a challenge?
- Are you qualified CIPD level 5 or have equivalent experience?
- Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company?
- Do you have experience working in the education sector or a strong willingness to learn?
- Do you feel you have the skills and attributes that would fit with our mission, to ensure young people with Special Educational Needs and Disability in Dorset are given the very best opportunities for success?
