Job overview
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding HR Manager / Head of Operations. Experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop their experience and skills in an organisation’s business operations, potentially with a view to becoming an Operations Director/Chief Operating Officer.
The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment and provide efficient and high quality support to the Finance and Resources Director in a variety of school functions, including management of human resources and the student admission process.
Rated outstanding by Ofsted in February 2015, Central Foundation is one of the top performing schools in the country based on GCSE outcomes. In 2018, 81% of our Year 11 students achieved a good pass (Grade C/4 or above) in both English and Maths while 35% of Year 11 students achieved A/A* or grade 7, 8 or 9.
We are very ambitious in our aim to provide the best possible opportunities for our students. We set high standards for all professionals working at the school but we also provide a very strong net of support for both new and existing colleagues.
Central Foundation is:
- An outstanding school (Ofsted, February 2015)
- A school that is situated in a vibrant multi-cultural environment next to the ‘silicon roundabout’ on the edge of the City of London and with excellent transport links.
