Mon-Fri 30 hours per week

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to provide a professional, comprehensive and responsive Human Resources service across the School, supporting the Headmaster, Senior Leadership Team and managers in the effective management and development of the School’s staff.

The postholder will take operational responsibility for the full employee lifecycle ensuring the School’s employment practices are legally compliant, consistently applies and reflect both best practice and the particular safeguarding requirement of an independent school.

This is a new role within Eversfield and will represent the School’s principal source of professional HR advice. The role will significantly reduce the personnel administration and case management currently being undertaken by senior administrative and finance staff.

The postholder will report to the Headmaster and will work closely with the Director of Administration, Finance Team, Deputy Head and Senior Leadership Team.
