Function of the Post

To be responsible for the operation and development of the HR/Personnel function, providing pro-active efficient, effective functional HR/ personnel advice and support to the Heads, Bursar and Line Managers of the School.

To be responsible for ensuring compliance in terms of safer recruitment and other relevant legislation and monitoring developments in the field.

Contract: Fixed-term until June 2020

  • Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
  • Hours of work: Full-time, 37.5 hours a week with 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak
  • Closing Date:  9am on Monday 18th February 2019
  • Interviews: Monday 25th February 2019

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by senior members of the School and take a tour of the school.
