HR Manager

Full time, all through the year.

 

We are seeking a qualified (CIPD level 7) HR Manager to provide an excellent service running the day-to day HR operations of both our Junior and Senior Schools.

 

As a senior member of support staff, you will work closely with our Head and provide advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team on HR policy, legislation, compliance and employee relations. You will lead and manage the HR team and ensure an efficient HR service with a focus on continuous improvement.

 

You should have excellent people management and interpersonal skills and be able to interact and influence staff at all levels, build strong relationships with colleagues and the wider school community. You will have a flexible ‘hands on’ approach to the role and be able to apply yourself to the full range of work within the office. You will have experience in a range of HR issues and an understanding of these in an educational setting.

 

Commitment to safeguarding is essential and an understanding of KCSIE part 3 and compliance frameworks pertinent to education would be advantageous.
