Fixed Term 12 months (maternity cover)
Full time, 36 hours per week.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified Manager on a fixed term basis to lead the continuous development of the HR team/function and deliver a best practice HR service within the College.

Applicant must be CIPD Level 7 qualified, possess a good working knowledge of employment legislation, excellent organisation and interpersonal skills and in addition to expertise in HR, the ability to manage a complete HR service within a broad and varied remit.
