The purpose of this role is to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships, promoting an ethos which values, supports and encourages all employees. You will act as a change agent relating to HR activities, i.e. restructures, workforce reform processes and reduction programmes, and provide a deputy service for the HR Director to include support for ELT during periods of absence.
