HR Team
We are looking to appoint a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join Westminster Academy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, and will lead on all HR activities, including employee recruitment, the maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR) and staff absence management. We are looking for a proactive and positive individual who understands the importance of effective HR systems and processes within Education, and who has a genuine interest in contributing to the success of young people.
The ideal candidate for this post will need:
- To drive high standards of customer service care and assist in the delivery of expert HR advice
- To support and facilitate on the development and implementation of HR policy
- To be an experienced and inspiring HR Manager, who is willing to support the ethos and mission of Westminster Academy
- To hold, at the very minimum, a level 3 CIPD qualification or be qualified by experience
- To have a strong understanding of the HR functions within Education
