The Forest Academy Trust is seeking a part time HR Manager to lead the Human Resource service in the school. We are looking for someone who has experience with working with a diverse range of professional employees and can lead the HR team by working with the governors and all staff including The Senior Leadership Team within the school.
Staff at the Forest School teach in modern, well equipped classrooms and are offered a tailored CPD programme. Teaching staff are allocated a laptop, have access to the school’s sporting facilities as well as the lively staff social calendar. A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification is preferred.
The school is investing in new technology with projects including the developing of the school WIFI network, implementing a new data management system and launching Show My Homework in Spring 2018. In additional, we have invested in our sporting facilities, upgrading our indoor swimming pool, investing in our gym and we are working with Reading Football Club to further develop our facilities. We are developing a Duke of Edinburgh program for our students and anticipate this will be launched in Autumn 2018.
