As part of the Executive Leadership Team, we are looking for a HR Manager to provide strategic direction and operational management for all HR functions.

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to make an impact in a growing Trust where opportunities are plentiful. If you are someone who enjoys working at pace and influencing change , this could be the opportunity for you. The successful candidate must be able to rise to the operational and strategic challenge, as well as being able to communicate effectively with Trustees, Governors, senior leaders and colleagues, enabling the best possible outcomes for children. The HR Manager will be accountable directly to the Chief Operations Office and work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Central Team and Headteachers.
