About the Role
· Report directly to the Head of Staff Services
· Northern Beaches location
· Temporary part-time position (3 days per week)
· Commence October 2017
Key Responsibilities
· Provide support and advice in the development of position descriptions for new and existing positions.
· Preparation of employment contracts, variations and related documentation.
· Create and update HR policies and procedures in accordance to legislation and best practice.
About You
· Sound and practical understanding of HR regularity practices.
· Relevant qualifications and/or experience.
· Previous work within a school environment is desirable, but not essential.
· Demonstrate initiative and work autonomously.
· Effective communication and time management skills.
· A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
A commitment to the Augustinian and Catholic ethos of the College is a condition of employment.
