We are seeking to appoint a confident, pro-active, and enthusiastic HR professional to contribute towards the provision of a high-quality HR service.

You will join us on a salary of £26,097 - £26,927 per annum, pro rata, plus excellent benefits! 

Reporting to the HR Manager you would be involved in all aspects of human resource management at the College, for its 200+ employees.

It is an exciting time to join the team with the potential for involvement on some key specialist HR projects. This is a fast-paced and varied role where your duties may range from day-to-day administration, co-ordinating the recruitment and selection process, onboarding new members of staff ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed as efficiently as possible, liaising with the external payroll service, and data management. In addition, you will support the HR Manager with employee relations matters, addressing attendance management concerns in a sensitive way, and assisting in the administration of processes relating to performance management and staff development.

The role is offered on a full-time basis to commence as soon as possible
