40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)
This role is for 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday ( Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm).
Meridian Trust Grade 7 point 12 to 19 (actual pro rata salary £19,797 to £22,740)
Working as part of a dedicated support team at North Cambridge Academy you will be responsible for all personnel duties within the school environment. This will include the oversight of safeguarding for appointing new staff and recruitment. You will be responsible for the employee life cycle at school level which includes sick absence, pay, general terms and conditions and providing support to manage low-level HR queries.
