The Nene Education Trust is a forward thinking and developing Multi Academy Trust.
To support this growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, skilled and suitably qualified HR Officer to join our central services team.
The role is broad based and will require a ‘hands on’ approach and a willingness to support academy-based staff with day to day HR routines and tasks including all aspects of the recruitment process, HR Administration and a wide range of employment matters.
Initially based at our secondary school, Manor School Sports College, in Raunds, the post holder may on occasions be required to travel to our other academies.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge and experience of employment law and human resources, preferably in an educational or similar setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, enthusiasm and the ability to handle issues with confidence and sensitivity are also essential.
