Contract:   Permanent, all year round (52 weeks) 

Hours:        Full time, 37.5 per week (08:00 AM – 16:00 PM)

Conditions of Service: United Learning Contract

The Salford Cluster of United Learning academies include Salford City Academy, Irlam and Cadishead Academy and Albion Academy. This role is offered on a full time basis, 37.5 hours a week, all year round and will be based at The Lowry Academy.

What we are looking for:  

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Officer to deliver outstanding Human Resources provision, ensuring a high level of service that supports all staff in providing outstanding learning and progress for our students. This is a generalist HR role and will suit candidates who are keen to develop and learn, with a positive and proactive approach to work. Applicants must be qualified to CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management. Candidates must have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player.
