- We are looking for a proactive HR Officer to support all aspects of HR across the school, including:
- Recruitment, induction, and safer recruitment compliance
- HR administration: contracts, payroll, personnel records, performance management
- Sickness and absence management
- Staff engagement, training, and wellbeing
- Maintaining safeguarding compliance and accurate HR records
- Experience in HR administration, ideally in education
- Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and safer recruitment
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Confidence handling confidential information
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Langdon Park School has served the community for well over 100 years. We enjoy a large campus comprised of both original Victorian buildings and state of the art new builds. Spotlight youth service share part of our site and we have access to a range of additional services and provisions as a result of this. The local community is tight knit, hugely supportive of the school and where the vast majority of our students live. Significant plans to redevelop the local area are in place; this is an exciting time to join the LPS community
