LOCATION: Weavers Academy
SALARY: Scale 5 (Points 22-25) £20,661 - £22,658 (pro-rated £18,566.41 - £20,397.15)
HOURS: 37 hours a week/41 weeks a year (Term time+2 weeks)
Weavers Academy is looking for an experienced professional to come and join the school and work in the HR Office. The successful candidate will be proactive with the ability to manage changing priorities and workload, as well as maintaining a professional and timely HR service.
The main priorities of the roles are ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process, managing and maintaining employee files and providing data and support on HR trends within the school, such as absence and employee retention.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries within the school and will support the work of the Senior Regional HR Advisor for the Trust in any employment related matters.
