The Education and Early Intervention Service of Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a dynamic practitioner to work closely with the Youth Justice Service.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled in this area and have a high level of specialist knowledge and expertise, particularly in the area of supporting vulnerable learners. They will be proficient in working with schools and a range of partners and stakeholders, including parents.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional committed to ensuring that the needs of all young people are successfully supported.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive knowledge of ALN
  • Knowledge and understanding of successful strategies to support learners who require additional targeted support, some of whom will exhibit complex and challenging behaviours.
  • A strong commitment to public service values.
  • An ability to work in a changing environment and support the service improvement journey.

An Enhanced DBS & EWC registration is required for this position.
