In this new role you will co-ordinate HR services relating to the recruitment and development of our employees. Working closely with managers throughout the College you will lead the HR recruitment and development team in the provision of a responsive customer focused service.
You will provide a comprehensive recruitment service to managers, co-ordinate and participate in the delivery of induction for new staff, and support managers in identifying and meeting training needs. You will also develop and promote programmes of training activity for teachers, managers and support staff.
For this role a background of working in HR is essential with experience of organising and delivering excellent recruitment and development services. You will have outstanding customer service skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise your work to ensure deadlines and service standards are met. You should also have the skills to deliver training sessions and must be a confident user of HR Systems. Experience of iTrent would be an advantage, as would a background which includes working with teaching/training staff.
You will hold a CIPD qualification and a degree level qualification is desirable.
