HR System Lead

Delta Academies Trust are looking to appoint an HR System Lead to join us as soon as possible on a full time, permanent basis.

As the Trust HR System Lead, you will take the lead role in managing our relationship with the system provider as well as training and coaching system users to increase our internal capacity and maximise the system output. You will use your expertise and technical knowledge, making decisions, identifying opportunities and working collaboratively with others to ensure the system meets our needs now and as we grow.
