We are seeking to appoint a Hub Manager, who will work alongside our Deputy Headteacher, Behaviour and Academic mentors and our wider inclusion Team to provide exceptional care, support and guidance for our students from a Pastoral perspective. The successful candidate will work directly with students, staff and parents at Redhill and communicate effectively with them on key areas such as Safeguarding, wellbeing, attendance, and behaviour. They will be directly responsible for running our Hub centre that supports students who are struggling to meet our behaviour expectations helping them to integrate successfully back into lessons after an incident in school. The Hub Manager will also coordinate and review the impact of our Thrive centre which provides a range of intervention support for SEMH. Please see the candidate pack for full details.
