Academies Enterprise Trust is the largest academy trust in the country with a national network of 63 primary, special and secondary academies across England. Under new leadership and with an entirely new executive team, AET is now a radically different organisation.  School improvement, governance and finance have all been overhauled and we are now in a position to grow.

We are now moving forward into a workforce transformation project focusing on a Business Service review. Working closely with the Director of HR and the Head of Employee Relations, the Executive team and other key individuals, you will provide additional capacity on all aspects of work associated with the forward planning, modernisation and engagement of the workforce. 

CIPD qualified, or equivalent, with proven HR advisory experience, and knowledge of HR policies and procedures and their implementation to include advising on reorganisation and redundancy matters, disciplinary and grievance and other complex matters . You will deliver a high quality customer focused HR service to our academies   Excellent IT skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external colleagues is essential along with regular visits and travel to academies.
