Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn (CE) plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres, with over 21,000 students and employing over 2,100 professionals.

Working as part of the People & Culture team and reporting to the Chief Officer HR Operations, you will bring high level technology expertise to the Human Resources Team, actively administering key HR Systems as well as leading projects that enhance these information systems, including change management and implementation within schools.

You will principally administer the core Empower HR Information System as well as support the professional learning systems. You will also be a key support to the payroll and broader HR teams.

To be successful in this role, you will be known for your experience and expertise in information technology and systems within the HR and Payroll environment, with the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team. You will have well-developed communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse stakeholder base providing valued and customer-centric advice.

High level experience utilising and working with enterprise technology systems within a HR/Payroll environment such as Empower, Chris21, Aurion, SAP and/or similar is essential, with relevant academic qualifications being highly regarded.

This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with CEO policy.
