Endeavour Learning Trust is looking to appoint a fully CIPD Qualified experienced Human Resources and Compliance Manager with responsibility
• To lead the human resources function for the Trust and take responsibility for the operational delivery of HR activities; providing clear and consistent guidance, professional support and advice.
• To strategically support the wellbeing of the workforce, focusing on the lifecycle of the employee and to strengthen the Trust to be an Employer of Choice
• To work collaboratively as part of the corporate services directorate to help drive organisational improvement, and to support human resource and workforce planning activity across the Trust.
This role will involve the line management of the Human Resources, Compliance and Payroll Team.
This is an exciting role for applicants with experience working in an educational setting, preferably the Academies Sector although any relevant school experience will be considered.
You will be an enthusiastic, positive, flexible and motivated individual with personal drive. You will be a self-starter, who can work with minimal supervision; proactive, with the ability to see what needs to be done and to prioritise work accordingly. You will have strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with HR and Non-HR colleagues, as well as leadership skills which ensure the right balance of support and challenge.
