We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join the People and Culture Team.

You will support newly recruited employees through our on-boarding process which includes dealing with pre-employment checks including references, DBS checks, right to work documentation and medical reports.

You will use the College’s i-Trent software system to ensure accurate and timely completion of processes to on-board employees into the payroll.  A basic understanding of payroll functions is desirable but not essential.
