Dean Trust Rose Bridge are seeking to appoint a:

 Human Resources Assistant

Actual Salary £28,605 - £32,050 per annum (NJC Scale Grade 7 Points 20-25)

1-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave

Working Pattern - Term time plus 5 weeks during periods of school closure

Position to commence 1st July 2024 – 31st August 2025

 

The Dean Trust is looking for exceptional people to join its enthusiastic and dynamic business support team at Dean Trust Rose Bridge. As such, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and forward-thinking HR Team, in a Trust of schools where our people are key to our success.

 You will be the sole HR specialist responsible for leading the operational HR function at the school and delivering a professional and efficient service. Therefore, the ability to work independently and use own initiative to provide first line advice and solve queries is essential. The role will cover a diverse range of HR related responsibilities including; recruitment, payroll processing, attendance management, maintenance of staff personnel data.

You will be part of a wider HR team who are distributed across different sites across the Trust. Whilst Dean Trust Rose Bridge has responsibility for its own operations, support in the role will be provided through The Dean Trust Central HR Team who will be available to offer training and supervision on a regular basis.

This is a mid-level position, therefore in order to seamlessly adapt to the demands of this position, you will need to have previous experience of working in a similar position.

·        ability to follow robust processes and procedures

·        ability to multi-task and continually prioritise workload without direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
