We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the HR Director in the planning, developing and implementing of strategy for teaching and non-teaching staff across the College.
You will provide HR leadership to a small HR team, and will have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading in employee relations, training and development, performance management and rewards.
You will have 3-5 years post qualification to CIPD member or fellow status, and be educated to degree level.
