The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring Forest School is provided with proactive and strategic HR provision. This includes responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources for both Teaching and Non-Teaching staff, as well as advising on Human Resources matters to ensure compliance with current employment and Child Protection legislation. The person appointed will be a trusted partner at a senior level and will develop processes to ensure effective people management.

Line managed by the Bursar, this is an exciting new role with genuine scope to oversee and shape HR at Forest School. You will line manage the Recruitment Administrator and work closely with the Warden, Bursar, Head of the Prep School, and Deputy Warden on a daily basis. We expect the role to develop over time and welcome applicants with vision, diligence, enthusiasm and a passion for education.
