The Success For All Educational Trust is looking to make an appointment of a Human Resources Manager.

This is a great opportunity for an outstanding and experienced HR practitioner who relishes the challenge of a varied and busy role where no two days are the same.

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced manager who understands that their role is pivotal in enabling us to offer our young people the very best education by setting and maintaining the highest standards in attracting, recruiting, developing, engaging and retaining our staff. The HR Manager will play an instrumental role alongside their team in helping the trust to achieve these objectives.

Working with the business in the execution and delivery of HR business and projects, you will also provide comprehensive HR support for schools' leadership teams and the management team including resourcing, employee relations, policies and procedures.
