Job overview
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join the HR Department to support with the continued transformation of HR services at the School. Working closely with the Director of HR, the post holder will take a key role in the implementation of a new HR management system.
To be successful in this role candidates will need to demonstrate their strong generalist HR experience including sound knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the employee lifecycle and excellent time management skills. The post holder will also support with compliance and policy development, employee relations case work, recruitment activity and other project work.
This is a one year fixed term appointment and applications will be welcomed from candidates seeking full and part-time hours (minimum 3-days per week), all year round.
