Job overview

Here at King's Group Academies we are looking to recruit two professional and enthusiastic colleagues to work together in building our central administration.  Our Multi Academy Trust is growing.  We currently have 9 schools across Berkshire, Hampshire and East Sussex.  We are committed to supporting our schools to deliver the very best HR and Finance, sharing good practice and setting up robust processes. This will require you to work collaboratively to ensure our payroll provider has all the information they need to pay our people on time and accurately and that this is well reflected in our budget system.

Human Resources Officer - in addition to payroll changes, you will work with the People Director to build HR knowledge and good practice across the Trust.  This will include setting up robust recruitment, induction and training processes as well as working creatively on staff communications

Senior Finance Officer - you will work alongside the Human Resources Officer on updating the payroll and will also assist the Deputy CEO with month-end reporting, setting up and maintaining processes to aid consistency across the Trust. You will manage the central team's purchase ledger and maintain Trust-wide records for training.

KGA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

Closing date 9am on Tuesday 3rd January.  Interviews Monday 9th January 2023.

The King’s Group became an Academy sponsor in 2014 and established King’s Group Academies, a ‘multi academy trust’ with a vision and passion for providing opportunities and success on a global stage for all our students. We are delighted to have been granted permission from the Department for Education in London to sponsor Academies and Free Schools in England.

We are passionate about education and the opportunities it provides to children regardless of their backgrounds. We expect all our academies to work towards becoming outstanding schools and can draw-on a wide range of National Leaders of Education and experienced headteachers to support them in that journey.

Our approach

Our UK academies will be academically excellent and steeped in British traditions. Whilst utilising the most up to date teaching and learning approaches, our academies will support our students to gain the confidence, resilience and appetite to succeed in life. Working with the wider King’s family, the academies will offer an exceptional and enriching international dimension.

King’s Group has a long and distinguished history of educational leadership. British schools from as far away as Asia and Latin America look to King’s for inspiration and admire our expertise in all areas of education.
