The New Collaborative Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Officer for Wingfield Academy, Rotherham. As a HR Generalist you will provide a comprehensive range of HR support, taking a lead on HR work and employee relations matters for the Academy, whilst being supported by the wider Human Resources Team.  You will undertake work in areas such as recruitment and selection, new starter processes, contracts, HR management systems and employment relations issues (sickness absence, flexible working requests, performance issues etc).

The role will be based primarily Wingfield Academy, Rotherham but occasional work at the Trust Head Office in Normanton will be required.  There is the opportunity to work more frequently from the Trust Head Office (1 or 2 days per week) if this is preferred, although this is not essential.  Please feel free to discuss this with us further.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of being successful in, and significant experience of, complex administrative roles.  Previous HR experience is preferred but not essential.  You will have high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a willingness to undertake further training relevant to the role and the ability to work flexibly, under pressure balancing changing priorities.
