Full-time (or could be split to create 2 part-time posts)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-qualified teacher to teach Geography and History to KS3 students as cover for a maternity leave.
If you:
• have a good degree in either Geography or History or a related subject
• are passionate about your subject
• are eager to teach in a school in which students have a genuine love of learning
this might be just the right job for you. This post could be split into a 0.538FTE Geography post and a 0.346 FTE History post.
Rugby High School is an 11-18 girls’ grammar school. Twice judged outstanding by Ofsted, the school has a large Sixth Form. 50% of students accept places at Russell Group universities each year.
We offer a full induction programme for all staff (including NQTs), extensive professional development opportunities and a rich menu of extra-curricular activities. Applications are welcome from teachers at all stages in their career including those returning to teaching and NQTs.
